Within 7 days of your first payment

If you’ve just joined and it isn’t for you, write to desk@macroledger.co.uk within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need to give a reason. Include the email address you used on Whop so we can find the payment.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Whop. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Your membership ends when the refund is issued.

After that

Renewals, and first payments more than 7 days ago, aren’t refunded. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

If something went wrong, such as a double charge or a renewal you’d already cancelled, write to us and we’ll sort it out.

How to cancel

Sign in on this site, go to your account and choose Manage membership. That takes you to your memberships on Whop, where you can cancel.
